That was until a bunch of Hurricanes began lining up in the Atlantic – Those spinning double edge swords.
While wreaking havoc in much of the country, causing death and destruction, they also, as they always do, delivered waves.
Brett Barley and Jesse Hines weren’t gonna sit around moping, they were out to make the best of a bad situation. So they headed to North Carolina and the infamous Outer Banks stretch, where they scored a few days of mind-blowing drainers.
