It seems like a battle is about to happen as hundreds of people overlook the big-wave spot from the point. It kind of is a war between the surfers, jet-ski riders and the Nazare beast. The beast has truly awoken from its sleep. This morning’s swell as expected, was bigger than yesterday with 50-footer bombs coming through. It doesn’t get anymore better in regards to video quality than the content Tucker Wooding has been posting at the big-wave spot. Bravo Tucker, the drone footage is ridiculously good.
Lucas ‘Chumb’o Chianca, Lucas Fink, Nic Von Rupp, Justine Dupont, Tony Leorona and Sebastian Stuedtner were again the stand-outs in the lineup.
Tracks long-time collaborator Joli took this sick pic of Portuguese Native Nic Von Rupp racing down a giant wall. I personally thought this ride was wave of the session.
