Harry Bryant’s long awaited surf film “Motel Hell” is now available to watch at the link above.
The project is the culmination of three years of footage and is the lovechild of filmmaker Dave Fox and Haz who is seen charging a number of big barrels in remote locations.
It also includes surfing cameos from Wade Goodall, Eithan Osborne, Tom Lowe, Dion Agius, Shaun Manners, Holly Wawn, Craig Anderson, Rolando Montes, David Fields, Benny Wooshka, Edward Melinz and Carcass.
The film, which is dubbed “equal parts horror and surf thrill”, sees Haz lost in a desert dreamscape where he comes across a hotel hidden in the dunes, where they only serve milk.
One glass of dairy goodness takes him on a global adventure through Ireland, Morocco, Indonesia and remote parts of Australia.
The project, which Haz has premiered at a number of different locations, also comes with a 128-page newspaper featuring photos from the project as well as interviews with a number of the surfing stars in the film.
In the current social media age, surfing clips are hard to keep under wraps, so we take our hats off to Haz and Dave who have been holding onto so much crazy footage for a number of years.
