What you need: ½ cup raw sugar • 2 tbsp tahini • 1 cup peanut butter • ½ tsp vanilla • 1 egg • 100g dark chocolatechunks (or chocolate of choice, white is also delicious!) • Opt to add nuts if desired.
Protein packed power houses, these delicious little morsels are full of all natural peanut butter and 70% dark chocolate with the subtle twist of tahini. So good and so easy, all you need is 6 ingredients and one bowl.
1.Preheat an oven to 170C.
2.Line a baking tray with paper.
3.Combine the sugar, tahini, peanutbutter, vanilla and egg in a bowl.
4.Stir through the chocolate chunks.
5.Roll into even-sized ballsand place on the baking tray.
6.Squash down with your hand.
7.Bake for 15 minutes.
8.Smash !
