Tracks flew down to Victoria to help kick off the Australian tour of the Yin & Yang of Gerry Lopez film by Patagonia.The Yin & Yang of Gerry Lopez is directed by award-winning filmmaker Stacy Peralta and follows one of the most influential surfers and surfboard shapers of all time as he brings surfing to new frontiers while pursuing stillness of body and mind. Gerry, Stacy and the crew at Patagonia have been on a four-month international tour for the film, with Australia being the final destination.

The Aussie tour started at the Astor Theatre in Melbourne last Thursday, with a full house of approx 900 people lining up to watch the film and Q&A. After a successful first screening, the crew headed to the Surf Coast for another sold-out session at the Lorne Theatre on Saturday night. The stoke was real for Gerry & Stacy, who were happy to be back in Australia, where they both have such great memories.

We caught up with Gerry & Stacy right in front of the iconic Bells Beach, where Sean Doherty interviewed the surf and skate legends about the film, their experiences in Australia and much more. Check it out!
