During the long flat Hawaiian summer, Albee Layer, Hank Gaskell and Kain Daly decided to take a trip south. While most would head to Indo, Fiji or Tahiti, our crew decided NZ’s southern island was the place to be. From angry local seals, iceberg lakes and no idea where to go, they do there best to capture the raw beauty of the place whilst keeping the laughs going the whole time.
The narration style harks back to Bruce Brown’s masterpieces, and it works, minus the cringe factor.
