Luke Condon on a right point is like a pig in shit. The 25-year-old from Lennox Head just dropped a bunch of pointbreak porn on his own handshapes and whatever he’s making clearly works.
Luke aka Piggy currently handshapes all his boards out of a factory in Ballina and puts them through some serious R&D as evidenced in his latest YouTube edit ‘Barrel of fun’. Luke focuses on performance driven alternative outlines which clearly go well in a straight line at least.
While he’s only just beginning to open the door to regular customers for custom orders, one thing that’s instantly recognisable is Luke’s new logo made up of the famous Lennox rocks which have claimed the ego’s of many East Coast surfers.
“We took some photos of some rocks at some of my favourite honey holes I like to surf at home, and shins created my initials LC in the middle of them. I’m focusing on handshaped surfboards and the traditional style of board building, one by one chipping away,” said Luke.
