Oscar Langburne may only be 17 years-of-age, but his surfing displays a knowledge far beyond his years. A knowledge of the joy that’s to be found if you simply slow down, draw pure lines and interact with the wave rather than forcing yourself upon it.
He’s also got some knowledge to drop when it comes to how a person carries themselves both in the water and on land, dropping this gem at the start of the clip, “I’d way rather someone who can’t surf that’s a nice person than someone who can do five snaps to the beach and is an asshole”.
