WATCH: DANE REYNOLDS is still ripping

Dane and friends surfing 'Shit Waves' that really arent that shitty.

For years, Dane Reynolds has dominated the surf clip world with his Marine Layer Productions. Now, his monopoly on internet surf clips has undoubtedly ended, with the mass induction of surf edits and vlogs.

What sets Dane apart is the lack of verbal communication in his clips. Unlike most pro surfers who release vlogs, Dane doesn’t spend half the edit divulging us with what boards he is riding, what wetsuit he is using or other useless information. He lets his surfing do the talking, and here, he is surfing his usual haunts, semi crappy but semi fun looking California, and his surfing speaks loud and clear.
