Here Billy joins fellow RVCA stablemate, Californian Luke Davis, as they take a wave-rich tour south of the border and become the latest in a string of surfers gravitating toward the Mexican pointbreaks before the beginning of the Corona Open Mexico, which opens its event window tomorrow, with Surfline calling a possible afternoon start.
