Tracks Magazine Subscription Promotion - Terms & Conditions
Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Tracks Media Pty Ltd

Promotion Period: This promotion is open to new subscribers who subscribe to Tracks Magazine between 2nd June 2025 and 3rd August 2025 (inclusive). In the event that the first 500 T-shirts are claimed prior to the 3rd August, 2025 the promotion will finish.
Eligibility:
- This promotion is open to Australian residents only, residing within Australia. The offer is not available to individuals living outside of Australia.
- The promotion is limited to the first 500 subscribers who subscribe to Tracks Magazine during the promotion period.
- To be eligible, customers must subscribe to Tracks Magazine for 12 months on the prepaid plan.
- Employees of Tracks Magazine, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and other parties involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
Offer Details:
- Each eligible new subscriber will receive a free Tracks T-shirt as part of this promotion.
- T-shirts will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with the first 500 subscribers eligible for the offer.
Non-Transferable:
- The Tracks T-shirt cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash or any other items.
- The T-shirt is not transferable and is only available to the subscribing individual.
Shipping Restrictions:
- This promotion is open only to Australian residents, and T-shirts will not be shipped to international addresses.
Prize Pool:
- The total prize pool is valued at $29,995, based on 500 T-shirts at an RRP of up to $59.99 per T-shirt.
Claiming the Free T-shirt:
- Once customers have subscribed and paid for the 12-month subscription in full, they will receive an email with details on how to claim their free T-shirt.
- Customers have 7 days from the receipt of this email to claim their free T-shirt.
- T-shirts will be shipped out with the first edition, issue #602. In the event that issue #602 sells out, then the first issue received will be issue #603.
T-shirt Selection:
- Customers will be supplied with a limited range of T-shirts to select from.
- Sizes will be limited for each style. If the preferred style or size is unavailable, customers will be required to select another style that is available in their size.
General Terms:
- Tracks Magazine reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulations.
Agreement:
- By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
