  12. The competition will be drawn 14th October
  13. The winner will be notified via email from an official Tracks Media email address (@tracksmedia..com.au) on the 14th October, 2025. The Major Prize Winner must claim their prizes within 30 days of the Promoter sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 17th November  2025.
  14. The winner will be announced on the Tracks Instagram (@Tracksmag) after the draw on 17th October, 2025
  15. If the winner does not claim the prize in accordance with the details in point 15. above, the new winner will be announced on the Tracks Instagram (@tracksmag) after the redraw on 17th November  2025.
  16. The winner of the unclaimed prize pool will be notified via email from an official Tracks Media email address (@tracksmedia.com.au) on the 17th October, 2025.
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  18. The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  19. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
