Laura Enever, Felicity Palmateer, Stephanie Gilmore, and Dimity Stoyle are all very busy women.
Laura and Felicity juggle WSL commentary commitments alongside chasing XL swells across the globe. Despite taking a year off competitive surfing, Steph has been busy on the search with Rip Curl and is preparing to make a return to the CT in 2025. Former CT surfer Dimity now plies her trade as a DJ under the alias DJ Shimmy and has played across the globe from Bali to Ibiza.
So, as you can imagine, just like most friendship groups who all have their own individual responsibilities, getting them all together in the same place is pretty difficult. However, the crew recently got together for a trip to Villa Onu in the Ments, which is situated near Lance’s Right.
While the girls didn’t score pumping surf, they scored a great trip with fun waves and quality time with best friends – a rare occasion that provides moments to be cherished.
Rippable rights, games of backgammon with endless cocktails and plenty of song and dance with the locals. What’s not to love?
